Another call (DGV03) under the Domestic and Gender-based Violence Programme has been launched!
On 16th August 2021 the Programme Operator – the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the SR launched the call for proposals DGV03 within the programme Domestic and Gender-based Violence.
The main ambition of the third call (DGV03) launched within the Domestic and Gender-based Violence Programme the improvement of quality of services provided by existing shelters and counselling centres not meeting the European Standards. Establishment of a new centre or shelter is also supported, provided that the applicant already operates another shelter or counselling centre meeting the European Standards. Enhancement of specific services for children victims provided by the shelters and counselling centres is required in all supported projects.
Improving the situation in Slovakia in this area is the aim of the announced open call for support on improvement of the quality of services so that they meet the required standards, including specific services for children victims. The main ambition of this Call is to support building and expansion of existing network of social service providers – shelters and counselling centres for victims of Domestic and Gender-based Violence, including specific services for children victims. Exactly 2 million EUR has been allocated from the Norwegian grants and the state budget of the Slovak Republic for the call operated by the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic. Eligible applicants can apply for grants until 2nd November 2021.
Entities planning to apply under the Call DGV03 on improvement of the quality of services so that they meet the required standards, including specific services for children victims can submit a grant application for establishing and development of partnership in the area of services for victims of domestic and gender-based violence within the Open call for bilateral relations DGVBF03 launched by the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the SR on 16th of August 2021. The purpose of this call is to set-up a very flexible and easy tool facilitating visits and meetings of the Slovak applicants with their potential project partners from Norway.
