Bilateral call GGCBG02 launched today!

On 30th September 2021 the Programme Operator – the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the SR launched bilateral fund call GGCBF02 for grant applications in the field of transparency, good governance and responsible institutions focused primarily on digital cooperation under the program "Good Governance and Cross-Border Cooperation".

The aim of the bilateral call GGCBF02 within the Good Governance and Cross-border Cooperation Programme is to contribute to the strengthening of bilateral relations, improvement of cooperation, mutual knowledge and understanding between Slovakia and donor states in the area of transparency, good governance and responsible institutions focused primarily on digital cooperation, provided that the beneficiary and partner (s) are actively involved in preparation of the initiative and its implementation. The GGC Bilateral Fund will support balanced partnerships (bilateral or multilateral) that will benefit all parties from cooperation.

This call generally supports complex and longer-term initiatives instead of one-off activities. Taking into account principles of proportionality and the grant amount provided under this Call, complex initiatives combining various bilateral activities are expected. Welcomed are series of cooperation activities with a particular result, including round tables or discussions that will be logically planned.

Funds in the amount of EUR 30,000 have been allocated within EEA and Norway grants and the state budget of the Slovak Republic for a bilateral fund call operated by the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic. Eligible applicants can apply for grants until 30th September 2022, 23:59 CET or until the available allocation is used.
